Cranberry-Raspberry Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries
    1 (10 oz.) jar cranberry-orange relish
    3/4 c. carbonated water (club soda)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatins in boiling water;
    stir in frozen raspberries and cranberry-orange relish.
    Add club soda and lemon juice.
    Turn into an oiled 6-cup ring mold.
    Chill overnight. Unmold on lettuce lined serving plate.
    Serve with sour cream, if desired.
    Makes 10 servings.
