Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato
    2 c. zucchini
    2 c. broccoli
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil until tender.
    Add green peppers and saute.
    Add remaining ingredients except flour and kidney beans.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.
    Mix flour in 3 tablespoons water.
    Add to mixture along with beans.
