Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can creamed corn
2 sticks melted butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream *
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix *

Preparation

*Can substitute 1 (8 ounce) sour cream dip with peppers and 1 package Mexican corn bread mix.
