Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt or less
1 3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. black walnuts or English walnuts
4 or 5 c. peeled diced apples
Preparation

Cream the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Sift and mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the nuts and apples.
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
The pan can be an oblong cake pan or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
