Lemon Pepper Fish Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin fish fillets (i.e. flounder)
    1 tsp. margarine, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/16 tsp. black pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Roll fillets and arrange in microwave-safe dish.
    Combine melted margarine, lemon juice and peel and pepper.
    Spoon over fish rolls and sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover loosely with wax paper.
    Cook on High for 3 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes and cook 2 minutes longer, if necessary.
    Or, bake in 450\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes.
