Lentil Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked lentils or beans
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 egg
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    3/4 c. wheat bran
    3/4 c. corn flakes or bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. sage
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    Place in an oiled 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
    Lentil loaf is so moist that it needs no gravy or sauce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
