Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli, cleaned, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    6 oz. grated sharp cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs.
    Pour into a well-buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can make ahead and refrigerate; allow 20 minutes extra baking time.
