Parmesan Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up broiler-fryer chicken
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and butter in small bowl.
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese and parsley in large plastic bag.
    Brush mustard mixture on chicken, then shake chicken in bag to coat with crumb mixture.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased rectangular baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, 50 to 60 minutes or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
