Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (15 to 20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (save liquid)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased pie pan.
    Spread peaches over batter.
    Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved peach juice.
    Spread over top of batter; leave about 1/2-inch all the way around.
    On top, sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
