Diabetic Pineapple-Orange Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can juice packed crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) can undiluted orange juice concentrate, defrosted
    1 envelope plain unflavored gelatin
    10 packets low calorie sweetener
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple into saucepan.
    Sprinkle gelatin on juice.
    Wait 1 minute until it is soft, then heat gently until gelatin melts.
    Remove from heat and stir in crushed pineapple, thawed orange juice concentrate and low calorie sweetener.
    Store in covered jars in refrigerator.
