Broccoli And Feta Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 head broccoli, cut into flowerets (may also use stems, peeled and sliced)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
    fresh ground pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Saute broccoli in olive oil 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add next four ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat and add crumbled Feta.
    Heat, do not boil.
    Toss with 8 ounces cooked pasta. Serves four.
