West Virginia Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 to 17 oz.) can yellow creamed corn
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pepper
    1/2 c. dry corn meal
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat in fat.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Remove from heat. Combine with meat mixture.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart baking or casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
