Baked Beans For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Pea Beans
    1 oz. Salt Pork
    1/8 tsp. Salt
    1-1/2+ tsp. Brown Sugar
    1-1/2+ tsp. Molasses
    1/16 tsp. Dry Mustard
    1/16 small Onion
    Ketchup
Preparation
    Cover Beans with cold water; soak overnight.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until skins burst.
    Put Beans in a pot with Seasonings and cooking water (not too much water); Onion in bottom of pot.
    Score Salt Pork and put on top of beans.
    Cover pot; cook 6 hours at 250.
    Remove cover for last hour.
