Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Boil brown sugar, white corn syrup, margarine and salt in saucepan for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.
    Stir well over popped corn.
    Spread in large roaster. Place in oven for 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven; press down.
    Cool.
    Store, covered.
