Dried Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. dried beef
1/3 c. chopped red onion
Preparation

Grind beef in blender until fine.
Save 1/3 for rolling.
Mix beef with cream cheese.
Blend onion until fine in blender or food processor.
Mix with cheese.
Form ball.
Freeze 10 to 20 minutes. Roll in reserved beef.
Refrigerate.
Serve with crackers.
