Fiesta Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes
    2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/4 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
    3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, onions, chili powder, bouillon granules, and cumin.
    Bring the mixture to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add the corn and chilies to the pot.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the flavors are well blended. Serve hot, topping each serving with cheese.
    You may substitute ground turkey and fat-free cheese.
