Ingredients

1 c. or 8 oz. carton egg substitute (any brand)
1/4 c. skim or 1% milk
6 to 8 slices white bread (not too fresh)
Preparation

In a bowl, lightly whip together egg substitute and milk. Place mixture in a shallow dish.
Dip bread slices, one at a time, into mixture.
Place on a baking tray that has been greased with some type of butter flavored baking spray or butter flavored Crisco.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bread is golden brown.
You may also fry over medium heat until a golden brown, if preferred.
