Deluxe Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed (2 to 3 hours)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) carton light sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. or 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded or use Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine all but the cheese.
Put in greased shallow 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 more minutes.
