Lemon Delight Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. crushed nuts
2 sticks butter (room temperature)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 c. powdered sugar
2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix together flour, nuts and butter; press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0; cool.
Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread on crust.
Beat together pudding, milk and lemon juice and spread on cheese layer.
Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate for several hours or overnight; serve.
