Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. ketchup or Pace picante sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 lb. cheese (Cheddar, Monterey, Jack, etc.)
    garlic salt to taste
    cilantro to taste
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Melt butter and add flour, spices, ground beef, pepper and onion; saute until meat is brown.
    Add ketchup, hot sauce and milk; add cheese and stir until melted.
    Sprinkle with cumin, garlic salt, chili powder and fresh cilantro.
    Serve with chips.
