Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated peeled zucchini
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy; add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly but well.
    Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon together.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Blend well. Add nuts.
    Divide into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2-inch baking pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until bread tests done.
    (I check with toothpick.)
    Remove from pans and cool on rack.
