Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    corn tortillas
    1 small minced onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    Add salt, black pepper, sauces and chili powder.
    Simmer over low heat 15 minutes.
