Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 (8 or 9-inch) pie shell, uncooked
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly and sugar, salt and milk.
    Pour mixture into pastry-lined pie plate.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool pie on wire rack.
    Refrigerate covered.
    Chill well before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
