Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. first cut brisket
    1 can whole cranberries
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put brisket in baking pan.
    Cover with cranberries, then onion soup mix.
    Cover tightly with foil or pan cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Slice when cool and return to pan.
    Add water to pan, if necessary, to thin gravy.
    Reheat in gravy.
