Favorite Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked
    5/8 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mash sweet potatoes, stir in 1/2 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Beat egg and beat into milk.
    Stir into sweet potato mixture gradually.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.
    Top with nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
