Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms (stems separate)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. parsley
dash of cayenne
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk or cream
Preparation

Blend seasonings.
Melt
butter;
add
milk
or
cream. Blend in flour,
stirring
constantly
until smooth and thick. Let stand 10 minutes.
Pour
over mushrooms.\tBake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
