Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

egg roll wraps
meat
16 oz. can La Choy vegetables, drained and chopped
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
shredded carrots
6 chopped green onions
shredded cabbage (optional)
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1 beaten egg
Preparation

While browning meat, add all ingredients and other seasonings (optional).
After meat is brown, drain any excess liquid.
Put 2 tablespoons of mix on wrap (fold in opposite corners, then roll). Wet tip of corner (with water) to close.
Deep-fry until lightly or golden brown.
