Artichoke Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf French bread, cut lengthwise
1 c. butter, melted
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. or 8 oz. Jack cheese, grated (topping)
tomato slices (optional topping)
parsley flakes (optional topping)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. pitted black olives, sliced
Preparation

Melt butter, garlic and sesame seed.
Add bread chunks from middle of bread.
Fry until brown.
Mix sour cream, cheese, Parmesan, parsley and lemon pepper.
Stir in drained artichoke hearts and toast mixture.
Spoon in bread and top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
