Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. raw rice
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown beef and drain off fat.
Put all ingredients in crock. Stir.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours. This can also be cooked on the stove.
