Ruth Marshall'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cocoa
    1 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix liquid ingredients together first, then add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Grease and flour pans.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use large bowl and put all ingredients together.
    Beat until mixed.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes until center springs back.
