Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 small can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
several hot peppers (jalapeno)
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
