Pork Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork loin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    4 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients and marinate 30 to 60
    minutes. In a skillet, simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes until the meat is almost tender.
    Remove the stock; stir-fry the pork until it's a little bit brown or well fried, then put back the stock.
    Season to taste.
