Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. venison (3/8-inch thick)
    5 tsp. meat tenderizer
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix together; place deer strips in mixture.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Pepper meat and cook on grill until bright red, not dry.
