Fluffy Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    2 medium apples
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. Bisquick
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine. Add 1/2 c. sugar and the water. Bring to a boil, then add the apples and cook 15 minutes. Pour into a heavy pie pan. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and sugar until smooth. Pour over apples. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, until it puffs up and is golden brown. Serve immediately. Excellent!
