Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
3 (8 oz.) containers sour cream
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. crushed round buttery crackers
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 c. butter or oleo
Preparation

Place chicken in large pan and cover with water.
Cook until tender.
Remove chicken from water and cool.
Reserve broth for other uses.
Bone chicken and chop into bite size pieces.
Place into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.
