Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. butter
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Prepare the cake mix according to the directions.
    Put 1/2 of the batter into a Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes in oven preheated to 350\u00b0.
    Melt together the evaporated milk, butter and caramels.
    Pour this over baked cake.
    Sprinkle with the pecans and chocolate chips.
    Spread remaining cake batter over this.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cake tests done. Enjoy!
