Bread And Butter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. soft butter
12 slices white bread
2 c. berries
4 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
boiling water
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Spread butter on bread.
Fit 6 slices (butter side down) in an 11 x 7-inch pan.
Top with 1 cup of berries.
Layer with rest of bread and berries.
