Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat
    2 inches of oil in deep skillet (375\u00b0).
    Use a funnel with
    a 3/18-inch opening.
    Pour 1/2 cup batter in the funnel, holding
    finger
    over the opening and 1-inch over the oil.
    Pour batter in a circular design.
    Let it brown and turn only
    once. Remove
    from
    pan and drain.
    Serve hot with powdered sugar, brown sugar or maple syrup.
