Ingredients

1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. Tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Makes one cup.
