Spinach And Artichoke Party Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (1 oz.) envelope Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch party dip mix
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, rinsed and drained
1 large (1 1/2 lb.) round loaf bread, sourdough or any variety
1 large (1 1/2 lb.) round loaf bread, sourdough or any variety, cut into cubes for dipping
assorted vegetables for dipping (optional)
Preparation

Combine sour cream and party dip mix in medium bowl.
Stir in artichokes, spinach and pimentos.
Cut, slice off top of round loaf of bread.
Hollow out center of bread, leaving 1-inch shell. Reserve bread pieces for dipping.
Spoon dip into bread shell. Serve warm or cold.
