Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. ketchup or tomato sauce (reserve extra for glaze)
    3/4 c. bread crumbs or uncooked oatmeal
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish.
    Poke holes in the top of the loaf to hold sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; glaze with extra ketchup or tomato sauce and bake for about 15 minutes more or until cooked through.
