Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped fresh tart apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar, eggs and blend thoroughly.
Stir in vanilla.
Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well.
Stir in apples and nuts; makes a stiff dough.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and open the door and let cake stay in oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
