Country Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds
    3 c. peeled apples, chopped
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla until well blended.
    Beat in flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. When completely mixed, batter will be very thick.
    Stir in nuts and apples.
