Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into balls and place in a 13 x 9-inch casserole pan.
    Mix 1 cup ketchup and 1 cup water.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Bake for 1 hour.
