Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in peanut butter.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Drop by rounded teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
