Fried Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo or butter
    apples, cored and sliced
    fresh or canned pineapple chunks
    bananas, sliced
    juice of 1 lime
    1/4 c. Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
    1 pt. blueberries
    1/3 c. fresh mint
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Cook apples for 3 minutes.
    Add pineapple.
    Cook an additional 3 minutes.
    Add bananas and cook just until warmed through.
    Remove from heat and toss with remaining ingredients and serve.
