Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut
    1 green pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 jar pimentos
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Rinse kraut and drain.
    Chop vegetables and mix with kraut. Mix vinegar, oil, water and sugar.
    Pour over kraut and blend well.
    Chill at least overnight.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
