Angel Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
25 Ritz crackers
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Crack and separate eggs while they are cold.
Then let stand until room temperature.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and baking powder.
Continue beating until all sugar is added and egg whites form peaks.
By hand, add crushed crackers and pecans and fold into egg white mixture.
Pour into greased pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Recipe can be doubled, use 9 x 13-inch pan.
