Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and let stand 1 hour.
    Boil together sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, water and vinegar for 1 minute.
    Pour over cabbage and mix.
    Cool and freeze.
