Swiss Steak #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cube beef steaks
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    4 potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots, halved
    15 oz. can spaghetti sauce
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown
    steaks
    in
    14-inch Dutch oven in the margarine. Add chopped
    onions
    and
    celery.
    Stir
    in
    the
    rest\tof the ingredients and cook for one hour with 12 coals on the top and 14 coals on the bottom.
